*through to £1,670 for a ready to build ground & first floor design including: Planning application, Structural engineer calculations, Building control drawings and schedule of work. Planning fees are excluded and are paid by the applicant directly to the local authority. Other costs such as obtaining permissions from water companies or other parties providing services to the property may apply. Any particular/specialist engineering requirements that are outside the scope of simple foundations or simple structure, or that are requested by building control are in addition to our fixed cost packages.
